Phil is a Professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (ISEEM) department at UAHuntsville. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1983 and 1984, respectively, and received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1991. Phil has worked on projects for CMER related to transportation modeling, process analysis, and system performance measures. He teaches courses related to Systems Analysis, Quality Engineering, and Integrated Product and Process Design.
