It’s A Campus Emergency – Let’s do the Crisis Communications Drill

We appreciated the opportunity to provide a brief overview of Crisis Communications Planning at the regional HigherEdWeb conference. We specifically highlighted the need for IT,  website and public relations staff within the higher ed environment to work closely together to plan and train for those times when a crisis occurs that affects your university.
